I took the Hasselblad with the 24 exposure back loaded with Provia, and the 150mm lens, the D300 wearing a 24mm lens and the 80-200 and the 400mm in or on the ThinkTank SpeedFreak, and the tripod and Wimberly Sidekick in the tripod bag, along with some various filters which I didn't use, and my smaller lightmeter. The Hassy weights in at about 3 to 4 lbs, the 400mm lens and the 80-200mm lens are at 2 to 2.4 lbs each, the D300 with 24mm lens probably weighs over 2 lbs, and the tripod and head is about 5 lbs, plus the Sidekick is about a half pound. So, the bag was heavier than I'd carried before, even with the D300 and the tripod bag around my neck, not on my waist like the SpeedFreak. So I was lugging at least 16 pounds. I think this amount of weight would be better distributed in a back pack. The 400mm lens is actually rather light as long lenses go, a f/5.6 lens. I don't think I'd want a heavier lens riding to the side of a belt bag.

Shot something like 7 shots of Provia and a bunch of digital shots, most of which got tossed already.

Here's a over view of the Great Marsh at Mason's Neck. Rather nice to have this so close, much quicker to get to it than to get to the Shenandoah National Park.

Edited out earlier links.
